Sewing Machine Repair & Service on location

Juneberry Cottage offers a full-service department. We repair, clean, oil and adjust BERNINA, bernette and Eversewn sewing, overlocker, quilting and embroidery machines. We also perform all your warranty work, when you purchase a BERNINA machine from Juneberry Cottage.  Our standard 18-point inspection goes more in depth than a regular Clean, Oil, Adjust because we want to make sure you are going home with the best. 

For machines you purchase at Juneberry Cottage:

• Service in the first year at no cost, except for excessive wear and tear or unfortunate accidents.
• Charge-free labor for warranty part installation and removal in the first and second year of warranty, if you are the original owner of the machine.

We also service other brands.  Sometimes we are not able to get an electronic part but we do work our best to repair the machine or direct you to a  reputable repair center for that brand.

Regular maintenance is important and even the best machine will need repairs.  Juneberry Cottage is proud to offer a full range of services to help keep your machine running smoothly.

When you bring your machine in for service please bring:

·       Foot control

·       Power cord

·       Bobbin

·       Bobbin case (embroidery bobbin case too if you have embroidery)

·       All purpose or zigzag foot  (Bernina machines it is the 1 or 1C foot)

·       Any other feet or items that might be causing problems with your machine

·       Manual if not a Bernina, bernette, or Eversewn machine

·       Samples of what you are working on when the machine caused you trouble.
