Double Wedding Ring Class

Steeped in history, the Double Wedding Ring pattern is nearly a century old. The pattern became popular in the 1920s, during the Great Depression, as it could easily be made from small scraps. Over the years, the Double Wedding Ring quilt has evolved, and there are many modern takes on the design.

Two classes in this session:  Feb 25 and Mar 4

This is a foundation piecing method using template papers so your ring arcs come out beautifully.  Jenny teaches the technique of piecing your blocks. In class, you will work on a 4-ring quilt square.  Learning this a step-by-step process to give you confidence needed for this lovely quilt pattern.  Once you understand the process, you will be able to tackle a bed quilt size.
