• When you open your new BERNINA, you will find an ACTIVATION REQUIRED envelope. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT.
• Receive your new BERNINA from us and choose your local dealer for your sewing/embroidery education.

Refund policy

Juneberry Cottage welcomes any return within 30 days of purchase. Some exclusions may apply.

* Original sales receipt, product in original packaging must be relinquished to receive a refund. Refunds will be distributed via the original payment method unless purchaser opts for a store credit.

*There are no returns on BERNINA and bernette accessories and software.

*Books and patterns are available for exchange only, no refunds and must clearly be unused or Juneberry Cottage reserves the right to not honor the exchange.

*Machines may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
