Exploring your embroidery machine

Have a completed quilt that just needs a label? Can’t think of the perfect title for your masterpiece?

Together, we will explore the built-in features of your embroidery machine to make a quilt label.

We will discuss and practice how to access and edit the built-in fonts and designs on your machine to create a label from scratch.

The instructor's knowledge is for Bernina embroidery machines.  Non-Bernina embroidery machine owners must know how to access and manipulate the built-in fonts on their machine, be familiar with using your hoops and the grids or positioning systems that came with your machine.

All participants must bring their machines, medium tearaway stabilizer, a 5 x 7 hoop, the positioning grid for the hoop, bobbins and thread in the colors you would like to use to make your own label.

Cost is $20.  Materials for the class purchased at Juneberry Cottage receive a 15% discount.
