Start to Bargello

What is Bargello?  n: a needlework stitch that produces a zigzag pattern.  First seen in print in the 1920's.

These beautiful and striking designs have gone beyond embroidery.  Bargello quilts are a colorful and attractive quilt which is made by joining a variety of fabric strips. This is a great quilt for those just learning to quilt. Yet it can be a intriguing and exciting for experienced sewists.

Class Fee: $20 plus supplies.

Jenny will be leading you through the technique used by Ruth Ann Berry of the Quilters Clinic.

This table runner is with only two color ways.  Jenny will have hers in fall colors.

You can decide to use fall colors and we have kits with the strips all cut.

If you would like a different feel, ie Christmas, spring, summer.  Let us know and we will help you with your color selection fro your collection at home or from fabrics at the store.
